Synlait’s best practice certification programme needed a brand and campaign that encouraged suppliers to pursue excellence in their milk production. The idea of ‘leading with pride’ inspired and rewarded dairy farmers for betterment and encouraged them to be proud of it. The certification was based on four pillars, which had their own take on what leadership meant, helping to deliver a connected campaign, imagery and design.
