On behalf of our client, a successful studio sitting within an exciting global company, The Pond Recruitment is on the hunt for a Graphic Designer interested in working on their children's brands.

We’re on the lookout for a hungry designer who’s put in the hard yards and is ready to launch

their career forward and learn from the best in the industry. Being a full-service studio, the ideal candidate will have a balance of being quick on the tools and creativity to lead design across branding and motion design. The brand is fast-paced, so you will need to be resilient, and able to work with a sense of urgency while paying careful attention to detail, all with a winning attitude.

Day-to-day you will work with an in-house design team focusing on three of their most recognisable children's / baby brands. You will bring these brands to life through your creative designs across social media, digital platforms, video, and print. Get involved in photoshoots and castings, and help elevate their collateral to new levels. You will own the space from conceptualisation to execution.

The breakdown

We are looking for a designer with: 

  • Min 5+ years working in a design agency
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • A good understanding of print production processes
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma is an added advantage

Some responsibilities include…

  • Create visually appealing, compelling, and robust designs for digital, animation, print, social, packaging, web, and video assets
  • Art direction for content photo shoots
  • Develop and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Conceptualise and present design ideas to internal stakeholders
  • Produce printed design assets for retail and advertising
  • Design presentations using Figma
  • Have an eye for detail and high-quality design standards
  • Contribute fresh and innovative ideas on a consistent basis
  • Lead direction of brand campaigns from concept to completion
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and other relevant departments
